CPM Resource Center, Shams Group Partner on Evidence-Based Info

CPM Resource Center (Grand Rapids, Mich.) and The Shams Group (TSG, Coppell, Texas) have partnered to provide small- and medium-sized hospitals with next-generation nursing and interdisciplinary documentation that integrates with their current health information systems, according to the companies. CPM provides evidence-based clinical content products and practice transformation services that assist healthcare organizations in creating a healthy work culture and interdisciplinary integration, it touts. TSG provides services and software solutions to hospitals around the country.

Dr. Kayode Sotonwa said he is eager to return to medical practice following the jury's acquittal on charges of touching female patients inappropriately. But he said he'll set up shop somewhere besides Largo, where at one time as many as 16 patients had complained.
