Dentist accused of fraud negligence

Jackson forfeits $310M in uncollected claims

9/1/2010 © Miami Herald To settle a lawsuit, cash-strapped Jackson Health System has been forced to give a Pennsylvania collections agency  $310 million in uninsured patients' billings that it has never tried to collect.
